These terms govern use of pushtostart.ventures, the website of Push to Start Ventures LLC (“P2SV”). By using the site, a visitor agrees to them. Anyone who does not agree should not use the site. Questions go to brett@pushtostart.ventures.

Everything on the site, including the market briefs and reports, is general information. It is not investment, legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and it is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or interest in any venture.

Nothing on the site creates an advisory, partnership, fiduciary or other relationship. Any work with P2SV is governed by a separate written agreement.

P2SV’s reports summarise third-party research, which is cited where it is used. P2SV checks its work but does not guarantee that figures are complete, accurate or current, and third-party data remains the responsibility of its publisher. Readers should verify anything they intend to rely on.

Content about treatments, peptides, medications or other health topics describes markets and science. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician.

The site’s text, reports, design and the P2SV name and wordmark belong to P2SV or its licensors. Visitors may view, print and share pages for their own non-commercial use, with attribution to P2SV and a link to the source. Republishing, selling or creating derivative works requires P2SV’s written permission. Third-party marks and public-domain imagery remain subject to their own terms.

Visitors agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use its contact form to send spam, unlawful content or anything they are not entitled to share.

Ideas, proposals or materials sent to P2SV, through the site or by email, are not treated as confidential unless a confidentiality agreement is signed first. P2SV may already be working on similar ideas and is free to continue.

The site links to third-party sites and sources. P2SV does not control them and is not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, P2SV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

P2SV may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of it. Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
